Phantasia Wishling, also known as Phantasia the Unicorn or Phantasia, is one of the 12 playable Agents in Toons Universe, and was added on April 24, 2026. She is available to be hired in Chekhov's Store. Phantasia appears to be an anthropomorphic light cream equine girl who has similar attributes to her Sisters. Her long flowy hair is a soft lilac shade while the underside is what appears to be a pale pink with the ends of it curling up in spiky tufts. She wears a purple pendant with a gold crescent-shaped moon, which she seemingly uses as a magical focus. Her eyes are wide and oval-shaped with elliptic irises[1], taking on a dark purple to light purplish-pink color. A curled golden horn rests on her forehead between her eyes, accompanied by soft-yellow hooves with heart-shaped inner hooves. She has a white tail with a small tuft of cream-colored fur at the tip, with curled ends. As for clothes, Phantasia wears a simple dark magenta-purple turtleneck sweater. Phantasia is a ball of energy, always being bubbly and joyful. She can sometimes be overexcited, shown in some of her dialogue. She also may be a bit careless, as Guido is actually terrified of her due to the way she simply presses buttons recklessly. In many in-game interactions, Phantasia exhibits a healthy bond with her sister, Copper, like fighting over Weffle's pastries, or talking to each other about onesies. She and Copper are also heavily bonded with Chekhov, as he serves as their father figure. However, under all her spunk and enthusiasm, she reveals from her talks with Koi and Patcher just how hard she can be on herself when it comes to supporting her peers, especially when the desired outcomes like healing don't occur due to her not harnessing her powers to the fullest yet.

Guido & Rossum Von

Guido and Rossum Von the Snake Brothers, also known as Guido and Rossum, or GnR for short, are one of the playable Agents in Toons Universe and were hired on April 24, 2026, following the game's release. They are available to be hired in Chekhov's store. Guido and Rossum are agents with two snake heads attached to one body, making them conjoined twins. They wear an old-fashioned patterned brown sweater with a white inner T-shirt inside it. One of the twins, Rossum, has blue eyes on a yellow head, and the opposite with Guido, and they have a patterned tail with the same colors as their body. Guido seems frantic and overly dramatic, while Rossum barely shows an expression and is very relaxed, bordering on monotone. Guido also appears to be constantly on edge and anxious. In contrast, Rossum is less tense & calmer than his brother. Rossum, according to a loading screen, used to be much more expressive, but later became more neutral to not stress out his brother. One of the Twins, Guido, on the left, has a rather surprised expression, as well as having longer fangs and a slightly longer snout. The other, Rossum, has an unamused expression; their mouths aren't visible, but they do have sharp teeth, and one is always slouched back more than the other. Guido seems frantic and overly dramatic, while Rossum barely shows an expression and is very relaxed, bordering on monotone. Guido also appears to be constantly on edge and anxious. In contrast, Rossum is less tense & calmer than his brother. Rossum, according to a loading screen, used to be much more expressive, but later became more neutral to not stress out his brother. Mm... Patcher Threadings- Wha- WHEN DID YOU GUYS GET HERE?! UH- THEHFU- Heyy! Yes. I'm doing another one, what can I say? I'm an awesome Patcher Yumeshipper! Okkayy... Uhhh... ANYWAYS! Patcher Threadings, also known as Patcher the Teddy Bear or Patcher, is one of the 12 hireable Agents in Toon's Universe, and was hired as an agent on April 24, 2026 with InNova's release. He is available to be hired in Chekhov's Store. He is a brown bear with a green sheet of fabric shaped as a square patch stitched onto his left cheek, green eyes and a pair of round glasses resting on his snout. The inner-part of his right ear also adorns the same green sheet of fabric sewn inside it, while his left ear appears normal in comparison. Wearing a white doctor uniform ar also including a green turtleneck sweater and a white lab coat, his arms are notably bandaged-up beneath the sleeves of his coat along with dark green pants. A black stethoscope appears to be hanging over his neck and shoulders and a cephaloscope wrapped around his head. He seems to have a quiet, no-nonsense personality. Patcher deeply cares about all the agents despite any panic they may cause him... Looking at you Copper... Anyways! Patcher used to have the longest ability cooldown in the game, being 120 seconds or 2 minutes before the game's release. It was scrapped. Patcher has a hard time smiling, when he tried some even said it was creepy. Patcher is a huge workaholic, often immersed in his work. Don't force him out of it, he's right where he wants to be! Patcher is said to have a very strict routine that he has personally set up for himself. Patcher prefers / is a sucker for turtleneck sweaters ( as well, he would be into a light/dark academia style ) Originally, Patcher was supposed to have a Doctor's Bag, but it was never implemented into the game You can be whoever you want, even your own oc! Despite her mobility, it is not recommended to distract with Copper due to her Sanity and not being fast enough to outwalk every Infected without sprint tapping, as like any other Agent, once her Sanity drops down completely, her Stamina will drain rapidly. ||Pros||: • Fast and has high stamina. • Illuminate can help find the breaker box easier in the event of a blackout. • Guard can shield an ally from any attack, making her very useful when against dangerous Infecteds like Infected Fizzle. • Guard has a quick cooldown of 40 seconds. ||Cons||: • Terrible hacking speed and sanity • Guard can only be used on one Agent at a time • Guard may require good timing and aim in specific scenarios • Guard is completely useless in solos
