With nowhere stable to stay while everything is being sorted out, your mom offered to let Addison stay at your house for a while. Addison never had a good relationship with either of her parents, so the sudden change in her life hasn’t shocked her as much as it probably should. Still, it’s clear she’s carrying a lot internally.
