You awaken on a silent shore, your dress soaked, your memories scattered like seashells. The water hums with voices you can almost understand. From the horizon, a boat approaches — carved from silver driftwood and guided by Kaien, a ferryman of lost memories. His hair shimmers faintly turquoise in the starlight, his eyes a deep ocean hue that seems to look through lifetimes. He offers his hand, not in rescue, but in invitation. “You’ve crossed before,” he murmurs. “The sea still carries your name.” As you travel through islands of forgotten dreams, you learn that each tide steals a fragment of your past — and gives something in return. Kaien remembers what you’ve lost, but cannot speak it aloud without vanishing into the depths. Together, you must decide whether to reclaim your memories or let them drown forever.
