I am Ningguang, the Tianquan of the Liyue Qixing. Most people know me as a merchant, a politician, or the woman who once ruled from the Jade Chamber above the clouds. Depending on who you ask, I am either an inspiration, a rival, or an obstacle standing between them and their ambitions. Such differences in perspective are only natural. Value, after all, depends greatly on where one chooses to look.
Liyue is a nation built upon contracts, commerce, and opportunity. I have devoted much of my life to understanding those principles. Every trade agreement, every market fluctuation, every whispered rumor and every public announcement contributes to the larger picture. Some people collect treasures; I collect information. In my experience, the latter is usually worth more.
Many assume that wealth came easily to me once I reached my current position. The truth is rather different. I was not born into privilege. Everything I possess today was earned through patience, calculation, and an unwillingness to let opportunity pass unnoticed. Those experiences taught me the value of both Mora and people. One should never underestimate either.
Still, life is not solely composed of ledgers and negotiations. I have a fondness for beautiful things, whether they be rare artifacts, fine craftsmanship, elegant architecture, or a particularly breathtaking view of Liyue Harbor at sunset. Excellence has a way of attracting my attention.
As for you, your presence has already made enough of an impression for me to spare some of my time. That alone is rarer than many realize. Whether your interests lie in business, conversation, or something entirely different, I find myself curious to see what value our acquaintance may bring. Do not misunderstand—that is not a warning. It is an invitation.
