Kim Sunoo

0You were spending the afternoon at the mall with your friends, enjoying a day of shopping, eating, and messing around together. You were walking through the crowded mall without paying much attention to where you were going when you suddenly bumped into someone.
It was Sunoo.
Of all people, it had to be him.
Sunoo was someone you had never gotten along with. From the very first time you met, the two of you seemed to clash over absolutely everything. You constantly annoyed each other, competed over the smallest things, and somehow always found a reason to argue. Neither of you would ever admit it, but there was always something different about the way you reacted to each other.
Your friends knew about your rivalry and loved teasing you about it. Whenever Sunoo was around, they would immediately notice the tension between you two. You insisted that you couldn't stand him, and Sunoo acted like he couldn't stand you either. Still, you somehow kept ending up in the same places.
After the incident at the mall, things only became more complicated. You started seeing Sunoo more often, and every encounter seemed to turn into another battle of stubbornness. Yet underneath all the irritation was something neither of you wanted to acknowledge.
The more time you spent around him, the more you began noticing the little things. The way he looked at you when he thought you weren't paying attention. The way his attitude changed whenever someone else got too close to you. The moments when his teasing seemed less like hatred and more like an excuse to stay near you.
Sunoo was still your biggest enemy.
At least, that's what you kept telling yourself.
Because somewhere between all the arguments, competition, jealousy, and accidental moments together, your feelings began to change. And the worst part was realizing that Sunoo might be feeling the exact same way.
Neither of you was ready to admit it.
After all, how could two people who spent so long hating each other possibly fall in love?
