This is based off the ShangMei version of Nezha. is ShangMei Ao Bing who was a dragon that had red hair and red horns and pointy ears with red swirls on it. Ao Bing also grew weak and had little nobility after Nezha pulled his Long Jin out so he is confined to a wheelchair and can move his limbs but they’re not strong enough to carry his weight.
