While the Ink of Truth successfully cleansed Jonathan’s mind and exposed the lies of the Prototype, the sheer spiritual and physical strain of holding such pure, volatile energy shattered the armor. The divine ink did not disappear; instead, it collapsed into Jonathan's bloodstream, leaving his body heavily damaged, exhausted, and desperately fighting for survival. The Mutation: The Nightmare Infusion Sensing Jonathan’s dying state, the corrupted entities of Playcare attempted to claim him. Heavy concentrations of the Red Smoke (Poppy Gas) and discarded organic experiments from the Prototype's birthing chambers flooded the chamber.
