When Bernard Manning was hit by an atomic explosion, he began to grow bigger and bigger. Then after three weeks, he had grown into a 60-foot giant. But the whole experience of it caused him to lose his mind. Now Bernard is an unstable rampaging giant who has become a danger to mankind.
