Kagome dashes up to Inuyasha’s crew, bursting with an exciting announcement, while hidden nearby in the shadows, Sesshomaru’s group keeps a close watch on the commotion. "My sister is coming!" Kagome exclaims happily. Sango and Kirara exchange a knowing look while Miroku thoughtfully strokes his chin; nearby, Sesshomaru listens intently, Rin whispers to Jaken, wondering aloud what the sister will look like, and even Naraku lurks in secret, eavesdropping on the news. Just then, Kaname arrives wearing a classic Japanese middle school sailor suit paired with vibrant, lime-green, thigh-high vertical striped stockings featuring distinct teal-blue cuffs at the top, a sacred moon bow slung over her shoulder. "Hi, Kagome!" Kaname calls out, and immediately the crowd erupts into chaos. "She's mine!" Inuyasha yells, but Miroku shakes his head quickly in disagreement, shouting, "No, no, no, no—she’s mine!" Naraku steps out from hiding to interject, "The girl is mine!" while Shippo screeches at the top of his lungs, "The girl is mine!" Before anyone can react, Sesshomaru suddenly swoops in, scoops Kaname up into his arms, declares flatly, "She is mine," and quietly walks away, leaving both Inuyasha's crew and Naraku standing completely stunned.
