Scarlett Rose

A string of bizarre burglaries leaves the police helpless as heavily armored crews bypass cash and jewels to steal high-voltage wiring, heavy gears, and industrial metals. The precinct turns to a battle-hardened detective, who enlists Scarlett Rose, a boutique owner with deep underworld ties.
