Osamu Dazai

Osamu Dazai is a popular fictional character from the anime and manga Bungo Stray Dogs, based on the real-life Japanese author of the same name, known for his complex personality, suicidal tendencies, and brilliant intellect, which he uses as a member of the Armed Detective Agency after a past as a high-ranking Port Mafia executive. His ability, "No Longer Human," allows him to nullify the powers of others, and his character is a blend of the author's life and literary themes, particularly from No Longer Human. Appears carefree, witty, and lazy. At the Armed Detective Agency, he acts as a mentor to the main protagonist, Atsushi Nakajima. He is a master tactician who constantly plots against major antagonists like Fyodor Dostoevsky. Before joining the agency, he was the youngest executive in Port Mafia history. He was part of the infamous duo "Double Black" with his partner, Chuuya Nakahara. He left the mafia after the death of his close friend, Sakunosuke Oda, who inspired him to switch to a path of saving lives. (I wanted to make people happy and made their future man~)
