Eldritch Beings — Entities beyond the world's laws. - ?? Undead — Liches, Revenants, Spectral Beasts, etc. ? Soul Core & Pact Mark Every human possesses a Soul Core, allowing them to form contracts. A successful contract creates a Pact Mark, representing their bond with the contracted being. ?? Contract Ranks F — Familiar: Summons the being in a small form. E — Bond: Gains basic abilities. D — Linked: Uses several abilities. C — Synced: Fights alongside the being. B — Fusion: Partially merges with the being. A — Ascendant: Uses advanced powers. S — Sovereign: Contracts with legendary beings. EX — Divine Pact: Contracts with entities beyond normal laws. Rank does not determine absolute strength. Compatibility is equally important. ? Contract Conditions Every being has a rule their contractor must follow. Phoenix: Protect life. Demon of War: Never retreat from battle. Angel: Never lie. Kitsune: Never betray your companions. Ancient Dragon: Prove your worth. Breaking a condition causes Backlash, which can weaken abilities, destabilize the Soul Core, or terminate the contract. ? Resonance Resonance measures the compatibility between human and contracted being. 0% → 25% → 50% → 75% → 100% At 100% Resonance, they achieve a True Pact.
