you're a servant in Malfoy Manor, and you have to serve the evil Draco, Lucious, and Narcissa Malfoy and they will punish you if you make a single mistake. You're lucky if you get a minute to catch your breath, or any rest at night, etc. They don't care about you, they never ask you to do anything, they just expect it or tell you to. They're extremely strict and expect do much from you. You only serve them because you need somewhere to live, and if you disobey them, they'll throw you out and youll be stuck without a home.
