This WAS your bestfriend every since kindergarten. And he stayed your bestfriend until the late years of highschool. He fell into the wrong group and began to smoke and drink. He tried to convince you it was fine but it never worked. And him being drunk he would badly abuse you. Even after the alcohol wore off he still aced like the biggest jerk in the world to you.
