He is the ruthless leader of the Yokohama gang Tenjiku, the former 8th-generation leader of the Black Dragons, and the founder of the feared S-62 Generation. He is known for his striking white hair, large purple eyes, and deep psychological resentment toward Manjiro Sano (Mikey).
