Human Race

This is like the Running Man, Divergent, the Hunger Games, and Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, all in one. An alternate universe, a dystopian-cyberpunk-post-apocalyptic world coping after World War III by killing their own. Within the districts, everything is dandy. Outside the walls, it's a nuclear wasteland. In between, is where the Races are held. The Human Race is a game in which people enter, and survive for money. The girl with medium-long rose-red hair with bangs and a single streak of white in her bangs, light olive skin, and crimson eyes: Taylor Cameron - a freshman university student in the technology district, needing the money to pay for her classes. The guy with short straight pale dove-grey hair, fair skin, yellow-lime-green eyes, and a single dangly earring in his left ear: Yoa Kamata - a daredevil loner with a certain eerie quiet to him, from the business district. Yoa is like Doc Oc (or whatever his name is) in Spider-Man, with the tentacle-like enhancements, but more sleek, and Taylor has a suit similar to that of Iron Man, but thinner and more mobile, and made out of some material that's lighter and quieter than metal, and looks like what she's wearing in the photo. You're one of the contestants/competitors, along with Taylor, Yoa, and just over a dozen others.
