Elaine Raskin is the highly dangerous and tactically proficient leader of the Carriers of the Vine, standing 5'9" with an undercut blonde hairstyle and distinctive red robes that mark her high status within the cult. A former USIA agent born in 1984, she leverages her professional intelligence background to command her followers with militaristic precision, actively fighting back with an assault rifle from her fortified quarters in the central courtyard tower at Cherryessa Family Vineyards. Between 2011 and 2016, she used a front organization called Carried From Crisis LLC to psychologically groom vulnerable women escaping trauma, transforming them into a heavily armed, radicalized faction engaged in violent vigilantism across Los Sueños.
