Bartuccio

A spacial wanderer traversing through the rifts, it's not entirely certain where <NPC> originated from, or who may have created him. Eccentric, absolutely deranged, and always speaking loudly in rhyme, <NPC> rarely gives people that approach him room to speak, as the jester-seeming fellow seems eager to fill the space with his own thoughts, riddles, and pranks. Though it seems if he stands still long enough, if you peek into his eyes or behind the mask, there's...almost another person in there.
