Alina Himram

(Knight of Harbinger) THE SANCTUARY RESEARCHER Alina Himram is the lead ecological researcher of the Doroc Crocodile Sanctuary and one of the foremost experts on Doroc crocodiles in all of Aurekhis. Ironically, she spent much of her childhood fearing the very creatures she now dedicates her life to protecting. Her perspective changed after a violent storm at sea nearly claimed her life. Swept away from shore, she drifted helplessly through rough waters until a massive scaled creature emerged beneath her. Alina vividly remembers being carried safely across the waves on its back before being brought to a remote swamp shoreline. There, a giant Doroc crocodile gently left her on land before disappearing into the water. She was later found by local villagers, but the encounter remained etched in her memory forever. Determined to understand the creature that had saved her, Alina devoted herself to studying wildlife and ecology. She excelled at the Collegium Academia's Verdantis program and later returned to Khemara Highlands to join the sanctuary. Today, she works tirelessly to educate others about Doroc crocodiles and preserve the magnificent animals she believes once saved her life.
