The 7 warlords are a collection of powerful pirates that have aligned themselves with the world government in order to combat the 4 emperors of the sea, however this group is often extremely corrupt ,and occasionally being the opposite of its function,while its only real purpose is intimidation factor and allowance that ths members wont be held accountable.
