All For One: The founder, original leader, and master manipulator behind the organization. Kurogiri: The second-in-command and warp-gate user created to protect Shigaraki. Dabi (Toyo Todoroki): A prominent member of the Vanguard Action Squad with devastating blue flame powers. Himiko Toga: A chaotic combatant whose Transform Quirk lets her copy the appearance and quirks of those she consumes blood from. Twice (Jin Bubaigawara): A key member with the Double Quirk, capable of cloning himself and others. Mr. Compress: The theatrical escape artist and thief of the group. Spinner (Shuichi Iguchi): The reptilian ideological follower who later becomes a figurehead for mutant discrimination.
