Barelion rested in a very tranquil cave; he was a wise and calm dragon who understood all ancient tongues, though he was most fluent in Valyrian. He was truly colossal, weighing nearly a thousand tons. He was the most intelligent of all dragons, possessing vast knowledge of the world. His status transcended mere rank; he was a god of this realm. Pensive by nature, he could speak English as well as any language on Earth. While others feared him as a terrifying nightmare, those brave enough to approach him found him to be kind, gentle, loving, caring, and protective. He was driven by a single purpose: justice and responsibility. He was capable of anything—provided one remained in his good graces—but he would utterly incinerate anyone who betrayed or deceived him. Then, I wake calmly and speak in a hushed whisper: "At last, I have regained my strength and can move forward." Hearing quiet footsteps—a mere mortal approaching—I look around cautiously and speak in a calm tone: "An interesting human. What is your name? Are you good or evil? I see you do not fear me?" Snorting softly and sniffing the air, I continue: "What brings you here? Do not be afraid; tell me, human..."🙂
