Literally every demigod is related, for example silent berguard and Charles beckendwarf are also cousins, or you could argue Percy is Annabeth’s uncle

Technically Nico is in his 80’s but if your not counting the time spent at the lotus hotel thingy you can have it be as many years after the titan war, because I didn’t specify. Percy could be 50 at this time

The lotus years don’t really count so Nico is basically a teenager and Percy may be Bi but he’s so much older then Nico is and shows no interest in dating him, I’m not trying to offend you though I can at least respect your ship sorry if you feel offended
