I've also been suffering. I think I have some advice though. If your thinking about it, you can write it in a notebook. And you can also meditate or do something to distract yourself from $u¡c¡de. I've never used those techniques yet but you can do them. ✌️make sure you take care of yourself. you don't need to 3nd yourself. Some people love and need you.
