It’s not like the real false alicorn syndrome,i just took the part where they become an fake alicorn and due to the requirements to be one,they go agro and explode or smtn (sorry if I offend some of y’all’s*

These are the stages: stage 1,pain in the back(if not Pegasus),pain in the head(if not unicorn) stage 2, bumps appear on the pains in the back or head,mucus around some.stage 3,the bumps grow and more mucus surrounds,the bump on the back looks like a burnt wing,and the bump on the head looks like a overused horn,they are quite aggressive.after a few days they die——————————————————————————————————————————————————just in case you don’t know the symptoms <3
