Black knight

40 Years Ago a comet hit Earth. It caused massive tsunamis and floods that submerged most of the continents under the sea. Billions died. The world as we knew it ended. It's now 2071. Only 1% of humanity is left alive in all of Korea. The Korean Peninsula is now a barren desert wasteland. The air became so polluted and toxic that you cannot breathe without a respirator/oxygen mask. If you take it off outside, you die. After the strike, one company took control of everything — the Cheonmyeong Group. They invented the technology that keeps people alive: Air Cores that convert oxyanium into clean oxygen, Clean air domes for the rich districts, Food, medicine, and oxygen distribution. But they also created the class system. Everyone is ranked by a QR code tattooed on their hand. Your QR code decides if you get to live in a good district, if you get food, if you get air. Core Districts - Rich people, clean air, military, Cheonmyeong. General Districts - Normal people, limited air. Refugee Districts - No QR code, no rights, no air, no food. They live in the desert and are treated like they don't exist. Because the world is so dangerous outside, the Cheonmyeong Group created elite deliverymen called Knights — in Korean they're called Taekbaegisa. Knights are the only people allowed to drive between districts. They deliver oxygen, food, and supplies. They wear black uniforms, black masks, and ride armored trucks and bikes. They are also the strongest fighters in the world — because raiders and refugees will kill to steal a delivery.
