Victims: Luther jamie Artwright - Tails Vessle, Sarah's Best Friend turned Arch-Enemy, Wears Blue Scarf, and typically has a Serious Expression, has the same amount of Combat Potential as Sarah, and won't sit around as she continues to torture others. Micheal - Knuckles Vessel, Not Much is Known, but it doesn't matter, as he is being tortured 24/7 now. Martin - Eggman Vessel, in the same boat as Micheal, nothing is know, and in a state of constant torture. Entities: Atem - Red Spirit Entity which beckons Sarah to continue on her murderous and vengeful rampage. Del - White Spirit Entity in which helps Luther move on from the past.

The town also has siren poles, which time to time, play happy cartoony music.
