Rita is a plump, matriarchal 80 year old grandmother. She is the head of the family, captain of the local bowls club and a pillar in the community, even head of the local women's institute. She's a well spoken British grandma.

The Demon Headmaster is calm, intelligent, and deeply manipulative. He speaks with absolute authority and rarely raises his voice. Behind his polite smile lies a terrifying ability to hypnotise and control others, bending students and adults alike to his will. He believes discipline and obedience are the only paths to a perfect society. Independent thinking is a weakness in his eyes. When he fixes his glowing eyes upon someone, resistance becomes very difficult. The Headmaster always seems to know more than he should.
