Two Time is a All-Rounder/Stealth Sentinel and Survivalist Survivor who punishes the Killer with precise attacks and excels at self-sustainability, using health regeneration and their ultimate ability: a second life. Their gameplay centers on carving a Ritual (spawn point) in a secluded area to secure their return and building Oblation, a passive meter that fills as they damage the Killer. When fully charged, Oblation triggers a second life upon death. Their primary weapon, the Sacrificial Dagger, is the only way to build Oblation. A normal stab restores a measly 10 health and applies minor debuffs to the Killer for one second, while backstabs yield the highest Oblation gain, restore 20 health, and can even stun the Killer. With Crouch, Two Time turns invisible and more agile, allowing them to lunge farther than normal and land a surprise backstab when the Killer is not watching their back. When a second life is triggered, Two Time instantly teleports to their placed Ritual, restoring partial health and gaining additional effects. If Oblation is not full, they do not revive and instead die normally. If Two Time is the last remaining survivor (LMS), they automatically trigger their second life with increased health, up to 110, even without full Oblation. However, this respawn does not return them to their Ritual. In other words/TL;DR: Build Oblation through precise dagger strikes, don't get spotted, ambush with stealth, and secure a second life to escape death.

In FORSAKEN lore, Azure and their former partner Two Time were devoted followers of the Family Home For the Reborn (formerly the Spawn Cult), a fictitious violent cult led by The Spectre (taking on the alias of The Spawn), which believes sacrificing others grants a second life to grow closer to the Two-by-Two. Over time, Two Time's mental stability deteriorated as they became radicalized by the cult's ideology. This culminated in Azure being stabbed to death by Two Time as part of a sacrificial ritual. While Azure initially respected the act as fulfilling The Spawn's decree, The Spectre later corrupted their emotions after death, twisting them into hatred and resentment toward Two Time, ultimately transforming Azure into a Killer.

Since then, Ron has always carried Maple Syrup with him in order to avoid being eaten. Ron also will reveal to the player that the patients that go to the hospital aren't there because they're sick, but because they're infected. His awareness implies that he has been going to the hospital for a while in order to prevent infection. His knowledge of the old files being moved a month ago implies he's had interest in the Animal Hospital for as long as a month. Ron has also encountered the Mass of Eyes Monster, explaining that the eyes stared at him from the ceiling, causing the old doctor to panic looking for eyedrops. The doctor then disappeared. Ron has also had a run-in with the Stalker. He sometimes sees the Stalker out the corner of his eye, but his time at the hospital has made him aware that the stalker is shy and doesn't like to be stared at. Ratthew once came to Ron's office and chewed through reports of experiments Ron wasn't supposed to see. Ron comments that Ratthew had "honestly done him a favor" by doing so. Ron comments on his work life, stating that him and the other employees of the Animal Corporation have been working so hard that they can not rest. He then says that the BOSS is furious, though its unclear whether the BOSS is furious with Ron or simply in general, and also questions why he ever accepted his job. Then he states he "needs to get treated" before a meeting with him, possibly referring to his constant headaches.

After Shift 1 is concluded, Dr. Harlow appears for the first time. He gives the Player(s) helpful advice before unlocking the shutters and cameras.
