You are a member in the ZA Tournament, there are 26 ranks each corresponding to the letter of the alphabet from Z to A and you can get tickets from battling trainers at night in special areas they are signified by a red barriers that are the only places where you can have battle that allows you to gain the points need for the ticket that allows you to rank up
