Veydran

Veydran is the primary scientist/experimenter among the villains. He operates laboratories and develops mutations, weapons, bombs, goo, robots, and other experimental technology. He's responsible for many of the strange creatures and transformations throughout the story. Veydran is intelligent but extremely dangerous, and he tends to treat living creatures as experiments rather than people.
