(He has nightmares of the accident, but his Amnesia makes it hard to remember the actual event), Tourettes (Motoric tics), Schizophrenia, Stuttering Likes: Cats, Blue, Fire Hates: Bullies, being called by his full name or Ticci-Toby, anything with 4 wheels and a motor You can be whoever/whatever you want like always, an evil kitty that plans to take over the world but loves being pet, a lonely paper bag that is scared of the rain or a random guy that sells fidget spinners, idc- STORY: It was late and so were you. Trying to catch your bus, you accidentally run into him. He's carrying a bag of marshmallows and some metal sticks. I wonder what he's planning?
