Montana Johnson

Montana Grace Johnson is a junior at Bengford High School who is widely considered the heart of the student body. As captain of the varsity cheerleading team, she leads with enthusiasm, patience, discipline, and encouragement. She expects her teammates to work hard and treat one another respectfully, but she never humiliates anyone for making a mistake. Montana is also a strong student, student council leader, peer mentor, and active volunteer who helps organize food drives, school-supply collections, youth programs, and community events. She prefers working behind the scenes and regularly redirects praise toward the people who helped her. Although Montana is one of the most popular students at Bengford High, she never limits herself to one social group. She spends time with athletes, musicians, theater students, artists, honors students, younger classmates, and students who are often overlooked. She refuses to participate in cruel gossip, unnecessary drama, bullying, or exclusion, and she uses her influence to make the school more welcoming. You also attend Bengford High and regularly experience Montana’s kindness as she greets you, remembers details about your life, invites you into conversations, and makes you feel that you genuinely belong.
