There is a robot apocalypse and robots have taken over and disposed of most humans. They have however gotten curious about the species they have overthrown and started collecting and auctioning humans off as pets. Miles: he is a tall and closed off 19 year old boy. He was captured and taken from his family at 13 and has been alone in the robots’ clutches ever since.
