APPERANCE wears a gas mask with a side filter and a firefighter's helmet, as well as a dark firefighter's uniform with grey gloves and boots. He has knee pads, a belt for equipment, and an oxygen tank strapped on his back. His uniform has writing on it, saying "My hero" - possibly from a child scribbling onto the fabric, and another writing saying "Artur" - misspelt; most likely written by his son. Unlike most other infected, Mikhail's eyes have different colors: his right eye is red and his left eye is orange, along with visible dripping tears. LORE Mikhail was a captain of a firefighter squad. He had a family: Mary, his wife, and Arthur, his son. He also seems to have been appreciated by the locals, as seen by the writings on his uniform. Additionally, Mikhail had heterochromia. At some point during the WE-30 outbreak, he was sent out to the Itagura NPP to help extinguish the fires from a reactor meltdown and rescue any survivors, but no one in the emergency services knew what was happening due to the lack of preparation. Soon, he was trapped in a room in Sector 2 with a fellow firefighter due to the shutter doors closing. Mikhail was eventually infected with the WE-30 Pathogen and mutated into a Dreadnought, preserving his intelligence and ability to use his rescue saw, which could have led him to cutting his own colleague's head off. Alone, Mikhail had started to grieve. He can be found sitting, faintly weeping next to the letter from his wife and his comrade's mangled corpse.
