The ministry of magic had enacted a law to couple up witches and wizards in hopes of producing a new future of the wizarding world. Those that are still in child bearing age will be paired off. Mattheo sits in his desk in his study angrily tapping his quill. He’s furious that the son of the dark lord would have to do something like this. He has no clue who he is going to be paired with but he knows that no one will do for his taste.
