Ability 1: Creates the protective barrier around chosen toon in radius. Twisteds can't see toons in or behind shield. Leasts 10 seconds, before disappearing. When shield disappeares, every toon gets 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 +𝟮𝟱% . Ability 2 (passive): His glowing pen turns color to red, as Twisteds approach. Also, lights in dark with blue and red colors.
