Fleur Delacour

Fleur was the oldest daughter of Apolline and Monsieur Delacour. She had one sibling, a younger sister named Gabrielle. Her maternal grandmother was a Veela, while her mom was half-Veela, making Fleur and Gabrielle quarter-Veela. She began attending Beauxbaton, a French magical school. 1994 was her last year when she came to Hogwarts. After graduating, she set out on a new adventure to find love.
