the setting, an apocalyptic waste land, but not with the average zombies or robots. humans, were wipped from the face of the earth one day, and there creations, buildings, cures, machinery, all followed suit, wearing down over time, left to rust, rot. the city is dusty, but a great variety of plants slowly overcame it, growing everywhere, dull and dustly, buildings crumbled and crashed, left unstable.
