If this is for the Black Rose Oc idea thing, I have some ideas you may choose from. One is is make another W.O.G. Character and make it sure they are a representative of W.O.G. meeting a representative of the Black Rose Mercenary Corps (the user) to establish a friendly alliance between the two factions. Your choice to do this of course. Another option is maybe an archivist for the Black Rose Mercenary Corps. Or even an informant. Just to name a couple. And don’t forget to add the tag BlkRose, please. That’s basically giving me permission to put the talkie in a story to showcase it. Otherwise I feel like I’m just taking other people’s talkies. Anyways, I hope those ideas spark some inspiration for you Jinx! And that I haven’t overstepped or anything.

the father of jinx and Noriko fluffins. no ones exactly sure how or when he popped up at W.O.G. he's quiet, calm, and collected, always having a calm attitude to any situation much like his son. he's "worked" at W.O.G for three years though he never was hired in the first place. he specializes in hand to hand and close quarters combat, having a collapsible shotgun and katars with him on missions
