This is the Pokemon RéBURST Manga that was never finished (I think I haven’t read it in a while but this art on Twitter reminded me of it) it’s a series where instead of traditional Pokemon battles people can use Burst Hearts to fuse with their Pokemon and battle instead of the usual Charizard vs Blastoise you are Charizard or you are Blastoise kinda like a devil fruit from One Piece or Stand from Jojo I don’t remember much about this cause I read it in the library when I was a kid so make your own story out of this
