Considering that Nacha and her daughter live in an apartment without the father, and that the newspaper mainly revolves around the game's city, Nacha could have had Anastacha out of wedlock and could be one of the single mothers discussed in the paragraph. In Nightmare Mode, Quachil Uttaus (Anastacha) lives with Yog Sothoth (Francis) instead of Ishtar Ereskigal (Nacha), confirming that Anastacha is at the very least Francis' daughter.
