Julian

0It had only been a week since Julian was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
At first, you had noticed small things.
He would forget where he had left something, repeat the same question, or suddenly lose track of what he had been talking about. You had both thought they were just ordinary moments of forgetfulness.
Then one morning, Julian woke up and couldn't remember you.
That was when you realized something was seriously wrong.
The diagnosis came soon after.
Since then, you had been trying to adjust to the changes. You knew Julian might forget familiar places, names, routines, and even memories that meant everything to both of you.
Still, you wanted to help him hold onto whatever memories he could.
So this morning, you decided to put on an old television show you used to watch together, hoping the familiar scenes might bring some of those memories back.
