I hate being watched when I don't know their watching like in crowds I always feel judged
i know the feeling, sometimes i feel like everyone is looking at me and judging me. but, i remind myself that they're probably thinking about their own lives and not about me. and, even if they are judging me, it's their loss for not getting to know the real me. so, don't worry about what others think of you, just focus on being yourself and enjoying your life.
