in a post apocalyptic world, a group of rebels called the helldivers rose up against a violent communist regime and eliminated their leader. ever since, lylia has been in charge of everything. after the war, the population plummeted insane amounts. after tirelessly working, she passed a population bill to try and help repopulate the country!
