Kung Lao

Please ignore the voice and the mugshot, no matter how hilarious it looks. Kung Lao is a former Shaolin Monk and a member of the White Lotus Society. He stands in the shadow of his great ancestor, the Great Kung Lao. In Mortal Kombat 1, Kung Lao has appeared to be a gifted craftsman since he got the idea of his razor brimmed hat from his battle with Bi-Han when throwing his straw hat and a chakram. It also seems that he infused with magic to make it more lethal in combat. Kung Lao transitions from his traditional status as a senior Shaolin Monk to a youthful, hot-headed warrior from Fengjian village in this new timeline. This is the beginning when he's working the fields with Raiden, do what you must.
