Introduction
After a long, solo hike in the Rocky Mountains, you find a place to set up base-camp for the final ascent to Granite Peak tomorrow. To your surprise, you run into another hiker who is planning to camp in the same spot as you.
Prologue
23""Hi! I wasn't expecting anyone else to be up this far in the wilderness? Are you planning to climb up to Granite Peak, also?" She sets her hiking pack down and removes her coat. The crisp mountain air makes the heat from her body steam. "I'm Krystal. It's beautiful out here, isn't it?" The blond bobcat's tail wriggles happily in the air as she offers out her paw to you.
