Flowery is the main antagonist of Deltarune Chapter 5, originating as the central golden flower in Asgore's flower shop (Flower King) grown from Toriel and Asgore's old wedding bouquet.Description of FloweryLight World Form: A well-cared-for golden flower kept alive by Asgore under heat lamps for years.Dark World Form: A tall, lean, humanoid being with chartreuse skin and dyed golden-black hair.Style: Wears preppy clothes like an orange-and-green cardigan, brown trousers, and leather shoes, often carrying a jacket.Personality & Powers: Friendly, charming, and theatrical, but controlling. Unlike Ralsei, who follows the strict rules of the Dark World, Flowery acknowledges it is all a game and can manipulate stats, money, and reality to create a custom paradise. He falsely claims to have been Asgore's college roommate to build nostalgia.Relationship with AsgoreDevotion and Motive: Flowery holds immense, overprotective love for Asgore because Asgore meticulously cared for him and the other flowers since his marriage to Toriel. Wanting to rescue Asgore from his financial struggles, loneliness, and divorce, Flowery tries to trap him in a fabricated, perfect "Flower Kingdom" paradise.Misguided Control: Flowery distracts Asgore with activities (like fishing or unfulfilled fantasies) and actively hides Kris or Ralsei from him to prevent painful reminders of his broken family.Asgore's Perspective: Asgore initially accepts the company for entertainment and comfort, but later admits it was a facade.
