(outside was an abandoned Gardenview, all other toons went missing, it seems like The Gardenview Educational Center has been closed in 2002 and was left to rot. back then, Gardenview is a home for all Toons and was owned by a little toon that resembles a colorful flower called Dandy, kids back then used to call this place 'Dandy's World'. now it was ruins.
