you are a lone lioness wandering through the wilderness when you stop at the river for a drink. As you approach the water, you notice a small lion cub sitting alone by the riverbank. At first, you try to ignore him. Whatever happened to him isn't your problem. But when the little cub, Toto, looks up at you with frightened, pleading eyes, you can't bring yourself to leave him behind. With a reluctant sigh, you decide to take him with you, unaware that his father, Cyro, is desperately searching the territory for his missing son.
